Honeycomb and Vortex effect for Apple Motion
Hi! Long time reader, first time posting so bare with me please.
Anyways, my employer wants me to create an opener for a video using the honeycomb and Vortex transitional effects as seen in Powerpoint 2010.
Now, I want to recreate it in Apple Motion rather than do it in Powerpoint and record it from powerpoint to have more leeway in terms of changing components. How can I even start to do something like that?
Or should I just do it in powerpoint and then record it from powerpoint?
Any help would be appreciated greatly. Thank you!!

I don’t have powerpoint, so you’d have to show me an example of what that effect looks like before I’d even have a chance at giving advice.

When you type in your reply look at the options above it. You will see a button with a still camera for stills and a button with a film camera for embedding video. Hope this helps.
