Hollywood Top/Bottom Borders without affecting aspect ratio? Impossible?

Why? These borders should not be burned into the film. These borders indicate that something is wrong and your output device can’t handle the aspect ratio of the film so it adds these to compensate. You should not be adding these yourself.

[Xander Cage] “I want to add the borders without affecting the aspect ratio. I want to maintain everything I have in the film. The methods I see is rather I stretch the video (widescreen) or adding borders where it chops of parts of the top and the bottom of the film. “

Well… you can’t put a square peg in a round hole. Something has to change. If you don’t want to cut off any part of the picture and you want to add black borders to the top and bottom, then you have to add black borders to the sides as well. This is why you don’t want to add any black borders at all.

No, not without cropping or adding black borders to the sides as well.

What is the aspect ratio of your source footage?

What is the aspect ratio that you want your final film to be?

If these are different, then you need to crop or stretch to compensate.
