    Hold Frame jitter

    Hi,
    I am using PPro 2 and setting a Frame Hold. On a couple different clips, it jitters. Changing the settings doesn’t seem to help. When I export the frame out and deinterlace in Photoshop and then bring it back, it’s fine.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

    Try de-interlacing the frame in Premiere Pro itself. Right click on the clip and look for the de-interlace settings.
