  Hold forever not available?

  So I created a blu-ray for a client and I noticed after watching it the menus (all of them) timeout after only 10 seconds in…now in the project all the menus have the “hold forever” box greyed out…how can I make this active so I can click on it to hold..I could just set a duration but I believe that will increase the disk size and I should be allowed to click the hold forever button anyhow…any ideas???
