Don’t know of any “handwriting” plugins, but if you just want to composite handwritten text into an image, why not just write your text and scan it. There are several ways to get rid of the paper like using a blending mode or selecting & deleting the background color…depends on the look you want. You could also search for one of the many “handwriting” fonts available on the web, but most don’t look very realistic.
