I was wondering what setting do you use on the hmc150 for time laps videography.

Are you able to record frame by frame, if I wanted to do some stop motion animation?

From what I’ve been reading on these forums there is no true slow motion with the hmc150. That would have to be taken care of in post which wont necessarily give you the greatest look.

Thanks ahead of time for any advice or posted links which might help.

Yes that’s a good suggestion but do your research- not all DSLRs are well suited to shooting timelapse.

    I am interested in this..

I realise I can take photos, but I want to mix my stop motion with sped up film effects, and dont want to take so many photos with camera… I was trying to connect my HMC150 to my mac to use it with framebyframe, but did not work out how to make that work. (And I have no problem with an old dv camera0

The camera kept telling me to disconnect the USB.
