  • Hitting Stop in Final Cut Pro 7 gives 2/3 frames delay in Sequence with Decklink cards

I have this problem with different MacPro systems using Decklink cards. Decklink Studio, Decklink 3D.

The problem is not there with External Video OFF.

The Decklink cards give 2/3 frames delay after hitting stop in the Sequence.
Frame offset to 0 of 4 makes no difference.

I know that working with markers is a workaround but why is this happening?

AJA cards don’t have this latency when hitting spacebar to stop.

Neither does Decklink, when it is working right.

Uninstall, then reinstall your driver package.

Download the latest from their site. Not from your CD,

    Done that, Latest drivers, always.

Same problem on different MacPro’s with different Decklink Cards . Not with AJA card in same MacPro systems.

    Other idea’s?
