    There are many options to do this and it really depends on what you are looking for and the freq of the hiss.

    1.Click on the effects for the audio track, there will be three effects already chosen as a default. The one you want to use is TRACK EQ.

    2.Select from the presets SYS HISS CUT. You can also click and drag the control points and create your own freqs adjustments.

    As an example I had a project where the video audio was saturated with wind noise, I was able to cut out almost all of it with a series of these tools. So play around with it until you get what you desire. Hope this is helpful.

    You can also take a look at sony noise reduction plugin.
    Its very versatile to cover all that and a lot more effectively.
