Highlights exposure correction FCP7
Can someone suggest which filter I need to apply and what settings to correct, to stop this pixellation occurring on highlights of my image. I’ve tried broadcast safe ‘extremely conservative’ and a bunch of others, but it keeps recurring on export.
Screen shot attached which shows black lines on highlight edges – shirt of male guitarist, and yellow and black on singer’s dress on right, and (black, red, green false colour) reflection of light in glass top mid right.

3way Color Corrector. Adjust the highlights until they are under 100% on the scopes.
