Highlighting a spot on video
We are trying to make a sports highlight reel. Is there a way to make that round bright spot on the video to highlight an individul player? What is the technique called? Thanks for your time!

Place two copies of yor video one track over the other. IE track 1 and track2. Slightly darken track 1 then use cookie cutter to ‘cut out’ the shape and size that you want so that that section of track 2 shows through. You can keyframe the effect to move with the player (unless he’s an offensive lineman :>)
