  High speed action shooting tips please

  I’m shooting some tennis lessons this weekend, I’m lighting with 4 2k blondes and recording at 1080 50i so as to catch as much detail in the action as possible.

  However I was wondering should I also treat it like a stills high speed shoot and up the shutter rate to 1/250 or higher, or just leave at 1/60?

  Any tips gratefully received.
