  Hi friends,

  I’m producing a college alumnae video. I am interviewing some of the alumnae via skype, and I need to record the video and audio of the skype call. Some of this is going to be used for broadcast so I am looking for the highest resolution and clearest audio possible… I am trying to avoid that choppy Wifi video and audio that you usually get.

  What are your recommendations for capturing the audio and video? Are there good programs for this? What type of microphone should I get? How would I capture the audio since I would not actually be on location with the person speaking?
