  High Quality Screen Capturing

  I’m working on a project that requires me to screen capture from a mac computer and in conjunction with that I’m shooting somone performing a live tutorial. I want to use Multicam, so I tried using iShowU for mac. When I screen capture on the Codec NTSC DV/DVCPRO it comes out very pixelated and poor to watch. Does anyone know any solutions on how I can get cleaner screen captures in the a 720 by 480 format that isn’t a 20 gig file.
