high quality in a dvd
Hello everytime i create a timeline, encore compress my video a .mv2 file in to 600 mb and its not lettin
me use the hole capacity off the dvd, i want to achieve the best quality possible. its also possible to burn a
hd video in a dvd? its a 10 minute video and i would like to burn it with a dvd menu in 1080thank you in advance and excuse me for my poor english

You can create AVCHD Discs on 4.7GB DVD-R’s that will play in some Gaming consoles and some DVD Players. You cannot burn a Bluray compliant files on to a SD DVD.
Is your footage HD at the start?
Export out of APP sending it to AME and choose the DVD mpeg2 preset, alter it as needed. Shows you the est. file size at the bottom as you adjust the data rate.

NOTE: AVCHD can´t be played in any DVD-player
it´s a sub-format of Blu-ray, could only played on BD-players.

Others have responded to the HD question.
At “maximum quality”, a DVD will hold 60 minutes of video – it is not possible to fill the disc with only 10 minutes of content, as a data rate that high would be out of spec and not work with players.
You can use Adobe Media Encoder out of Premiere to manually encode to “MPEG-2 for DVD”. Set quality slider to “5” and encode with CBR encoding at setting of “8”.
