    Hey,
With respect to shooting with the F900 and Varicam camera (and for that matter, the medium) what are the major issues I must adhere to in order to get proper exposure with room to finess later. Mostly in the practical arena: Sunny Day/Ext in the Nevada desert. Presuppose I have all of the tools. (18k’s – 575W HMI’s – full grip pkg 20’x20′ on down, etc.) I’ve shot and operated a handful of 24p projects with a Varicam and F900. I am a film DP with 12 years of shooting and 17 years exp as an assistant….so all I know at this point is film photography. I’m hearing a lot of conflicting stuff. Any pointers?

    thanks,
    fred
