Hide clip names in timeline
I’m sure this has been asked 100 times but I couldn’t find an answer. How can I hide the time code and names of clips in the timeline so that I can see my waveform to line up audio?

Look on the bottom left, 4th button from the left that is a small triangle. Click that and you can turn off clip names in your timeline.
