Hi, and a question about LUDs

Is it possible to create folder for different LUDs such as food, landscape, portraits, etc.?

I don’t mean go into the 3D LUTs folder and delete and replace with another set.

I mean open color lookup and see folders—or something similar.

Having hundreds of unrelated LUTs all mixed up is not a great way to go.

    Responses would be much appreciated.

First of all, I think you meant to say “LUT” in all the LUDs that you mentioned earlier in the question if I am not mistaken cause I could not find info on LUDs in Photoshop at all. When I saw this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4AXhwgwBAa8

It seems you can create individual Color Lookup layers each with their own LUT/CUBE file and you can change the settings within each Lookup layers. Question tho, when you said you wish to have different folders containing different LUT layers via .CUBE files or making a folder within the layers list and have certain layers within certain folders for more organization? I would like to have more clarity on that if possible so I know where to point to in the right direction! Hope to hear from you soon!

Thanks for the correction and offer of help. I wanted to correct my post typo but don’t see how to do it.

When I open Color Lookup, I see, 3DLUTFile, and when I click on that I see a long list of LUTS.

    ‘other’ is grayed out.

Rather than just the long list of LUTs I would like to be able to select a folder that contains LUTS for a category such as food, portraits or whatever.

    I’m using W11

    Thank you.
