When I load HEVC based 4k content into Premiere Pro 2017 I end up with a video that instead of being 1 hour 44 minutes and change, being 1 hour 43 minutes and change. And then the final audio is off after transcoding. Is there something I’m missing that’s causing this? Loading the same video in AVISynth with some settings to make it load the content shows the correct duration other than the video is totally washed out. Thoughts?

    Thanks.

    Hey Dave,

Thanks for the reply. I tried this with Premiere Pro 2018 and same deal. Gonna be two tools, but in MediaInfo I get:

    01:44:06.205

When loaded in premiere I get:

    01:43:03:15

So like a minute 3 seconds missing.

    Thanks.
