Here’s an odd question for you guys
Posted by John Frank on June 18, 2008 at 9:12 amIs it possible to run FCP on a PC installed with MAC OS X through an emulator, and is it legal to this this anyway?

June 18, 2008 at 2:25 pmYes, and not sure. I don’t recall reading anything about not installing it on a PC.

June 18, 2008 at 2:43 pmWhile I don’t think “legal” is quite the right word to use (no one will arrest you) it is against Apple’s rules. This simply means you won’t get any help from them if anything doesn’t work right.
At any rate, why would you? I don’t even know the details here but I have to imagine you’re going to take a speed hit from the emulation. You’d be far better off either getting a Mac for Final Cut or Adobe Premiere for the PC. Either way is fine…when it comes to video you’re going to want the best performance you can get.

has native support for intel processors.maybe for fun try it out, but its nothing I would rely
on for your business.
