OK, there is an OFX that is making Vegas choke. From the report it would appear that this is it:

Fault Module: C:Program FilesSonyVegas Pro 11.0OFX Video Plug-InsVfx1.ofx.bundleContentsWin32Vfx1.ofx

Now, if you can track that down on your Timeline and then as a matter of TESTING turn off that FX, and try and render over that Selection AND if it renders then you’ve got your proof.

Here’s another way. Render in say 2, 5, 10 minute sections and NOTE at what point your Render Chokes Vegas. And then again, you’d have further proof of just where the CHOKE point was.

Now, you’ll get others who will suggest turning of GPU and so on and maybe that WILL get you through the Render but you still won’t be FAULT aware.

So, a bit more testing and if that fails you get back here and we’ll have another go. Yeah?

    Cheers

Graham is correct, an ofx filter you have placed on an event,
is causing Vegas to crash on you.

Build 701 is newer for SVP 11.

    Good luck,

Stephen, Build 701 is the 64bit version, it is not “newer” than Build 700, which is the 32bit version. Our chum here may only have 32bit throughout, OS and only 32bit plugs. Are you suggesting that installing a 64bit Vegas would “cure” the render issue?

VP11 Build700 would appear to be the very last 32bit Vegas Pro being distributed by SCS. VP12 is only 64bit.
