HELP!!!!log and capture–capture settings
i am importing into final cut express a film i did, which is on vhs tape..i am using a thomson advc110 video converter….the film was shot on film…what is the best settings to choose from the capture settings tab that comes up in my pop up window when i start my log and capture…in the tab to the far right (capture settings) i have been choosing dvcpro 720p30….it seems to be the cleanest resolution for the import…should i use another setting instead for my final output…my final export will be for the web..and for a dvd (so i can give the dvd to people so they can watch it in there dvd player…thnaks for the help in advance…

Hi Tim,
The “thomson advc110 video converter” out put DV through FW, so your preset is the correct one.
