HELP with Urban Style Effect
Hello, first i can not good speak english, because i came from Austria.
My problem is, that i want to make a real cool Intro in Adobe Premiere Elements 4.0, but i don´t know how to do it:
Here is what i want to creat: for example at: 0:11https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i0JVQA8ek7k
Does anybody know who to make this cool effect, when the film stops and the picture comes nearer with lots of effects.
Please help me.
Can anybody make a videotutorial or a screenshot-tutorial for me please, beacause i have the program for just 1 month. thx and i need the effect for an intro. -

Well, it’s pretty easy to create (they didn’t do a very good job at it BTW :-), but it’s also a game of patience if you want to do it right.
Here is a good tutorial.
You’ll need at least Photoshop, and preferably After Effects.

Either way, you will need Photoshop. The problem with Premiere (vs After Effects) is that you won’t have access to 3D tools which make things a lot easier to animate.
The only thing you can do in Premiere is animate separate video tracks using zoom and pan (not much of a tutorial there). That will work but it will be more tedious and may look a bit less realistic.
