  Help with settings and a strobe like effect

  Hello,

  Looking for expert advice:

  1) What is the best output settings for encore cs3 making a standard dvd video?

  2) I just made a video for someone and on the motion of the camera it seems strobe like, almost pixelated sort of but not. When watch on computer monitor not noticable. It just seems to show up on the motion of the camera from one side of the room to the other type thing.

  I captured in PP CS3 dv-avi through firewire. I exported as mpeg2 default settings. I then put together in encore cs3 built dvd onto disc using 7.0 and burn rate 4x.

  Any thoughts would be great?
