Help with saving quality
I have a long avi video captured from DV and I want to break it up into smaller clips. How should I go about this without Premiere recompressing it? If I just did Export Movie and saved it as an AVI would I loose quality?

If you export it as a MSDVAVI you will not loose any quality. Premiere maintains native DV quality extremely well.
