I see that it’s a bit jumpy. What frame rate did you capture at? (i.e., the frame rate of the source video?) What frame rate did you render to? Maybe post a screen shot of your project properties and render properties.

Why is your pixel format 32-bit? You’re not using 10-bit source video and have no need for this. Change it back to 8-bit and see if this makes a difference.

I assume those were your project properties. How about your render template?

A screen shot would be a whole lot easier to understand.

[neal wight] “excuse the reflection lol,”

Do realize that your computer has a Print Screen key that will capture the screen instead of using a camera?

I’m not sure why your project settings are 29.871 fps but I’m guessing that is your problem. The HD PVR should be capturing at 29.97 and your project should be at 29.97.

Alternately, Disable Resample for every single event on your timeline but it’s a lot easier to set your frame rate correctly from the start.
