Has anyone rendered 30P video from a Panasonic 100B? I am getting jaggy lines. Do I need to supersample or oversample, reduce interlace flicker, render to 24P?

Video was shot at 30P 1/50th of a sec.

Just want to get rid of all the diagnol lines of the jaggy lines.

If you’re watching it on a computer monitor, this is normal.
Burn a short segment to a DVD, play it on a TV and see if the problem is still there.

DVD Architect 4.0- Is it better to render to an AVI or render to DVDA file (mpeg) – I render to DVDA 4.0 format to save time. MPEG 2 setting, then use that file in DVDA to make a DVD.

It’s a matter of personal preference whether you render to AVI or MPEG.
I prefer to render to MPEG from Vegas as this gives me a lot more control over the bitrate, quality level, etc.

You said I render to DVDA 4.0 format to save time.
    What template are you using?

I always start with the DVD Architect NTSC video stream template for video and and then modify it as desired.
Audio is the AC-3 Stereo DVD template.

    Looks good to me.
Sony has a free PDF document on their site titled 24p and Panasonic AG-DVX100 and AJ-SDX900 in Vegas and DVD Architect that helps you with a 24p workflow.
