    My system has 3gb memory(2×512&2x1gb).
    AE and Premiere pro only detects 2gb memory.
    but photoshop detects full 3gb memory.
    can anyone tell me what did I DO WRONG??

    You’re doing nothing wrong.

    PhotoShop CS2 can use more than 3 gigs of memory. AE can only use 2 gigs. You’re doing nothing wrong.
