    Please help
Using FCP 5.1.4 on a intel base MacBook Pro. Having problems logging footage from a SONY HDR-FX7 HDV 1080i camera. What is the custom set up you should use for logging?
    Thank you
    Daniel

[dannyc] ” What is the custom set up you should use for logging?”

you don’t need a custom set up, just use the appropriate easy set up that is built in to FCP

Yes but i get an error msg saying that some thing about streaming is wrong or a timecode break where there isn’t one. Also with the preset should I use the 1080i50 or 1080i60?

Thanks again for your held with this Daniel

I also get this error msg when I use the preset ( capture was stopped due to a problem with the incoming stream. this might be a problem with the tape. all media up to this point has been preserved. ) after a few sec of logging.

Again thanks for the help Daniel
