Help with Export Settings
Gentlemen, I’m seeking your advice once again. I’m rendering in what I thought was the correct format, but I’m seeing black edges on the sides and tops of my video, when played back through Windows Media Player, even in full screen mode. My render settings are Main Concept AVC MP4 Internet Video HD1080 and the box is check off called “stretch video to fill output frame” (do not Letterbox). See attachment for a visual. What am I doing wrong?

Is there a reason why no one is replying? Did I post in the wrong section or ask a question that is so obvious……..everyone knows the answer?

1. What are your project settings?
2. What are the properties of the source video?
3. Exactly which renderer are you using?
4. Do you see this on the preview screen when editing?
