  Help with a pokeball effect on after effects?

  So it’s been 10 minutes since I posted this in another forum. Its not showing up on it. So I’m reposting it here…anyway…

  Hello, I am a newbie at after effects. I was wondering if anyone can help me with the pokeball return (red beam that surrounds the pokemon) effect, and the release effect? I have tried to use trapcode particular, but no luck…any help?
