    Hi,

I’m trying to make ticking numbers count from 0 to 15, and then stay at 15 for the remaining time. I used the Frame Number Expression, and it worked great, except it would not stop counting. I then made a null layer and added a slider control, which makes it stop, but it added a bunch of decimal numbers while it’s counting. I just want the whole numbers. A few other things I tried changed the numbers into a clock, with hours, minutes, and seconds.

I’m pretty new to AE, but I was assuming this would be an easy fix (and it still might be), but I have run out of options. Don’t know what to try next.

Would appreciate any help I can get,
    Kat

You could always use a boring old text layer that says 15 for the last frame, then use an expression on that to make it last the length of your comp…?
