HELP – render issue vegas 9
Hi All,
Urgent help needed…..
I have just finished an edit with vegas 9. The footage is HDV 1080i shot with a Z1, it is edited in HDV and i am rendering out to DVD mpeg2. The footage looks fine when i view it in vegas 9 in the preview window, but when i render it out, the edges of people (particually when movong) is very jagged (you can see this in the render preview window too). I ahve then taken the footage to DVDA, to double check and the jagged edges are there too. I thought this was a feild order issue, and after checking the footage is upper field first as is the render template….. Really need help with this one quickly if poss.

Sorted……. i dont know how, but i had changed the deinterlace method setting in the project preferences to ‘none’, when it should be ‘blend’
at least i can crack on…… have a good one. M
