There are a couple of solutions.
For free, make up your own shortcuts! You can re-map the keyboard to combinations that you can easily remember (Tools>Keyboard Layout>Customize).
If you willing to spend some money, get a customized keyboard. They come in various styles, at varying expense. There are keyboards with custom keycaps, as well as keyboard covers (these keep your keyboard clean) or keycap stickers (not recommended). Check out Logickeyboards.com or kbcovers.com. You can buy a “map” of the keyboard shortcuts from neotrondesign.com. Or just Google “Final Cut keyboard shortcuts” and you find various lists you keep handy until you memorize them.
Good luck!
