    Help reducing file size for a 1 second clip that is 11.8 MB!!!!!!

    Hi I’m a newby to adobe after effects and indeed this forum so apologies if this questions already been asked.
    I have done an animation and rendered it at these settings and its 1 second long yet has a file size of 11.8MB

    quality: best
    size: 320×240
    start:0 (frames)
    end:53
    frame rate 30
    output module: lossless
    video format: video for windows

    The only thing I want to do is email this to my friends so therefore the maximum I want the file size to be is about 3MB. I want the output format to be something thats compatible with lots of programmes and that is easy to upload on the internet.
