Help, Project from hades…..
I am at my wits end with a project I am working on. I wanted to try out Premiere Pro CS6 to see how it performed with untranscoded footage, completed the edit, ended up being a 2 hour wedding video requiring a dual layer disk. I sent the project to Encore, but kept getting a burn error and it would not let me set my dual layer break point. After many frustrating hours I decided just to export the project as pro-res 4:2:2 LT and just wrap everything up in Final Cut. I had no issues with this until it came time for the DVD build in DVDSP, the build gets to 45% and just locks up, and I get a video read error and the build cancels. I’ve tried recompressing twice, same issue. I really don’t know what to do, other than never use Premiere again. I just want this burn done so I can move on.

Hmmm, can’t say for sure, but have you checked the drive space and the target folders to see that you have enough free space to build the disk image?
