  Help Optimize my AE 3- Tech. info needed

  My system:

  G5 quad 5.5 ram
  AE CS3

  ATY,RadeonX190
  256ram

  Will checking the multiprocessing check box in preferences benefit me?
  I set my Max memory ussage to 120% = 3 GB
  Max Ram Cache Size to 85% o=2.5 gb
  Disk cache 3000 mb

  Does this mean that AE CS3 still is limited to 3 gigs? Would GridIron Pro benefit me much?
