Help – No devices found – Encore can’t find DVD burner

This is my first time to use Encore DVD on my new machine, and though I have a DVD burner, and I can see it on Windows, and when I put in the blank DVD, Windows asks me if I want to burn a DVD with this and that…. When in Encore and I select to make a DVD disc, Encore says there are no devices found.

How to I force Encore to recognize the DVD burner?
