Help: My System Prefs won’t open
Ok experts. Please help!
In a G4 Powermac, I can’t launch my System Preferences ap.
Here’s the info it tells me to report to Apple, but I can’t figure out how to fix it. The only thing I think I should do is reinstall OSX Tiger.

First off there is no need to copy and past all that into the post, only Apple Software engineers will be able to make anything of it.
Have you tried repairing the disk permissions?
If that douse not work then do an archive and install.
