    against a deadline!

A studio exported a quicktime from their linux Flame. It’s coming up with the codec “libquicktime 1.0.0” …. quicktime player on MAC won’t read it: “additional software is required to play….”

I’m looking around the Net now, but if anyone can clue me in faster I’d be grateful!

No go on both those…. I had to have them re-export with something we could use….

libquicktime is software that lets linux use quicktimes…. and had nothing to do with Apple. So in this case it might as well not have been called a Quicktime at all.

    Hi Aaron,
You can read the files in a Mac.
    Here you have the instructions:

    Don’t panic with the process.
Is not the kind of operations the video editors normally do but I think is quite easy.
