Help: Import P2 option vanished!
I’ve just opened up a new P2 project 25p and the import P2 option seems to have vanished from the file menu… It was there last month -which was the last time I did a P2 project – ??? I’m running Media Composer 3.5.1 on an Intel MacPro with Dual 16g RAM Dual 3.2 etc etc. Any ideas?

I’m taking a guess here, but didn’t the “Import P2” option disappear with the advent of AMA?

https://community.avid.com/forums/t/70436.aspxIn your settings list, go to AMA at the top. Deselect “Enable AMA” and restart your Media Composer software. After relaunching you should then get the option to import P2 “clips to bin” and “Media.”
