  • HELP: I think Qmaster changed my drive volume name now things are stuffed…

Posted by Justin Tan on January 26, 2006 at 11:40 pm

Hey all, I’m hoping someone can help me because I have no idea how to reverse this…

ATM I have 2 drive – LOCAL and XRAID.

i tried to enable Qmaster and had it’s temp dir to XRAID drive. i rebooted the machine and it seems to have created a ‘hidden volume from a folder made on the Xraid. this is seen as XRAID in volumes folder while my XRAID has been changed to XRAID 1.

now the problem is that i am sharing the XRAID (the real one) on a NFS network and NFS doesn’t support spaces. So I need to remove the XRAID folder and change the XRAID 1 to XRAID…

    anyone have any ideas?

I have backtracked, IE: changing the temp dir on qmaster to the local drive, disabled qmaster.. everything…

    help please 😐
