  Help! How do I create a circle/thumbprint?

  Please help! I’m trying to create a circle grid or wave of circles. The effect would look close to a thumb print effect. Here is a link to an example.

  Look up top in the header. I can do something like this using a wavy line path and choosing the “Step & Repeat option, but I want to use circles
