    Hello Rashid,

I would suggest these books as they explain in details tutorials and ways of working in the software from basic to advanced. You also get a cd-rom with tutorials to follow from as well. They will give you good grouding with the way the software works.

Creating Motion Graphics with After Effects, Vol. 2: Advanced Techniques (3rd Edition, Version 6.5) by Trish Meyer, Chris Meyer (Paperback)

Creating Motion Graphics with After Effects, Vol. 1: The Essentials (3rd Edition, Version 6.5) by Trish Meyer, Chris Meyer (Paperback)

Go to Amazon and they are there in books.

    I hope this helps?

    Thanks,

    LEO 🙂

As Leo indicated, those books are very good for quickly learning AE. You start right away working on a project instead of just reading. The books have cd’s attached with project files and free plug-ins. It’s very much worth the money. The Total Training videos are excellent as well but, you’re right, they are not cheap.
