HELP!! exporting uncompressed HDV from timeline SYNC drops
Hi all,
I’m 24 hours from delivery on a feature length – 6 months work – and losing my mind. I’ve exported an uncompressed HDV/60i .mov straight off the timeline with “Export Quicktime movie” as a test, and suddenly 1/2 hr into program, audio falls more than a second out of sync, and remains out of sync for the full duration of the program
I do not have time to try repeated tests – awaiting the 4 hour render- so need a sure fire way I can guarantee that my next export will not have this problem. I wondered if it was just a playback issue so have opened the same file in Final Cut to check it and sure enough – the sync problem is in the file itself.
Any insight is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance

There is NO such thing as “uncompessed HDV”.
HDV is by nature a compressed format.
Hindsight is always 1080p

sorry, let me clarify, I am not re-compressing the HDV, editing HDV 60i footage on an HDV 60i timeline, and using the export a quicktime movie, selecting “Current Settings” for Audio and Video, thanks

on further inspection, I can verify the problem is occurring with the video not the audio.
The exported audio is frame by frame identical to whats on the original timeline.
The exported video however has somehow lost a total of more than 3, almost 4 seconds over its approximately one hour duration.
On the timeline, my video’s duration is: 01:06:28:14 and in my output file, it is 01:06:24:20
