[help] effect messes up with a text mask ???
Hi folks,
I’m experiencing a little problem here.
I’m having a text, 3d enabled, and slight camera movement.
Did it with exactly as it is in this tuorial:
https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials.html?id=25After adding a camera and enabling the depth of field, the text just .. messes up? This is not a camera problem, but a “fx” problem, because the problem happens when i clic on the “fx” button on the text layer (you’ll get it, just see the pic 😉
How can I fix this?

What effect did you apply to the text-layer?
If the effect messes up 3d, try precomping
That is, put the text and the effect in a 2d comp and that comp 3d in your comp.
normaly fixes the problems..vanderzee.tv
