  Help! DSR45

  Don’t ya hate weekends when you can’t reach tech support? Anyway…
  I can’t get the Sony DSR 45 to be recognized by the Io for device control. I get picture/audio but no timecode or control “no communications.” Very frustrating

  Io firmware update 23-28
  G5 dual
  OSX 3.9
