HELP! DireStraights!
OK, so I shot a thing in HD and now want to output to SD miniDV tape via firewire, but it’s not working. Am I doing something wrong?
I’m on a Dual 2GHz PowerPC G5 w/ 4G RAM, FCP Studio 2. It works beautifully on my system, it just won’t output to tape. Grrrr!! HELP!!

Since there are a lack of details, I am assuming that you are creating a new sequence with a SD DV resolution, copying the entire HD timeline edit, and pasting it into the SD timeline? And then trying to output it?
If this is so let us know and we can move on from there…
