i have the latest version but unable to see images in the scene, u can see images that i load in the thumbnail only, what could cause this and what am i able to do to fix this issue

Are you getting error messages? Is it all images? It it movies too or just image files?
If image files, then you probably need to reinstall.
If movie files, what format are the files in (resolution, codec, etc.)? Try rendering a movie (or image) in particleIllusion then load that movie and see if it works.
