    Yes with help from wazelwusel I am almost done however my final AE avi is 2.11 gigs and is crashing premiere pro
    when I try to import it any suggestions?

    The first thing I’d suggest is to post in the premiere forum, as I’m not entirely familiar with its limitations. However, I can say that a 2.4 gig file should not be a limitation as DV and other formats regularly exceed that.

    One thing I have to ask (this is unlikely) is: are you using a legacy file system on the hard drive that the file exists on? This would mean FAT-32 on Windows or HFS (note the lack of +) on Mac OS X. Using a legacy file system would cause problems whenever you’re dealing with a file over 2GB in size.
