HELO Best Practices and workflow
Looking to establish some best practices when using the AJA HELO for live streaming. Recently experienced a rare Internet outage during a live stream and I’m looking to see if other HELO users have established a work flow that includes a wifi or cellular backup/work around. Since the HELO is hard-line connected via Ethernet cable, has anyone been successful with quickly transitioning to a cellular / wifi hotspot that adapts to ethernet? Will the HELO need to be rebooted in the event of a complete switch over to a new internet service provider, in this case, the wifi/cellular backup? Does the DHCP setting make it easier or more difficult to recover from a loss during a live stream? Open to hearing thoughts and experiences.
